Gulf Asian English School Sharjah was established in the year 1975, in the name Sharjah Montessori School. The school evolved from a humble beginning to a High School in 1991.

In the year 1993, the school got affiliated to CBSE, New Delhi and from then 13 successful batches excellent results in the AISSE – X (CBSE) examination, with several distinctions to its credit and now the school is upgraded to Plus Two stage, offering Science and Commerce streams.
